My Qualifications
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and am certified as a Women’s Fitness Specialist through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). I’m also a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher, trained in mindful movement and body awareness, and a Certified in Nutrition Coaching.

Meal plan & nutrition planning

I will work closely with you to create a meal plan that fits you and your goals, alongside access to a full meal plan with over 100 recipes.

Daily habit tracking

I will work with you to establish sustainable habits that will align with your ideal self. The app will offer the ability to stay on track!

Progress Tracking

As you progress, we’ll fine-tune your plan to ensure sustainable results while fostering a holistic and balanced approach to health that aligns with your faith and lifestyle.

Weekly Check-ins

Accountability is key! You'll have weekly check-ins to track progress, work through challenges, and adjust your plan as needed. You’ll also have access to continuous support to keep you motivated and consistent.
